Why did I create this course?

Because I’ve been exactly where you are... running on empty, dreading bedtime, wondering if things will ever get easier.

When I was deep in sleep deprivation with my firstborn, what I needed wasn’t a whole chunk of information to read through. I needed something clear, gentle, and realistic.

That’s why I created this course: to give parents a simple, step-by-step approach that actually works in real life. No leaving your child to cry-it-out, no guessing, just the same method I use with my private clients, made accessible so more families can experience better nights and brighter days without the high price tag of one-on-one support.
